I have two major goals for starting this website.

The first is to provide a focal point for supporting the PATI Trading Assistant, a MetaTrader4 Expert Advisor (EA) that I have written to simplify and semi-automate some of the tasks associated with trading the Price Action Traders Institute methodology.

The second is to provide a place where I can journal about my trading results, mostly for my own benefit in reviewing and improving my trading performance. My trading methodology has been learned from several years training under and trading with the Price Action Traders Institute (PATI). See the About My Trading page for more information on PATI.

If you’re wondering what the photo at the top of the page has to do with trading , it’s this: My goal in trading forex is to develop a skill that can provide me income from anywhere in the world.  My preferred place to be, all other things being equal, would be the Central American republic of Costa Rica.  This picture is the Arenal volcano, one of the most well-recognized sights in Costa Rica, and so provides an abstract representation of what success in forex trading might mean to me.
